BancPac Education
Introduction
The BancPac™ division of Fidelity National Information Services,
(FIS) is headquartered in Norcross, GA. The BancPac Education
Department’s purpose is to provide initial “Train-The-Trainer”
education for denovo/conversion clients, and advanced training
for existing clients. This is done through hands-on classroom-based
and web-based instructional programs.
Scheduling Procedure – Denovo / Conversion
Clients
After the kick off meeting, a member of the education staff
will contact the bank. Spaces are reserved for the bank’s
personnel based on current schedule availability. Core classes
are scheduled at least one month prior to the bank’s
opening/conversion to ensure adequate time for initial education.
Once the bank’s personnel have completed this initial
education, it is the bank’s responsibility to conduct
classes for the remainder of the bank staff. A member of the
BancPac™ Education staff is available for any questions that
may arise during the bank’s education of additional
staff. The “Train-The-Trainer“foundation classes
are held over a two-week period. One week of education focuses
on loan courses, the other on deposit courses.
Scheduling Procedure – Existing Clients
Clients already using the BancPac™ software should contact
the BancPac™ Education Department at (770) 209-8350, to enroll
in classes offered at the training facilities or online.
Virtual Learning Center
Online training courses are offered for both new and existing
customers. These classes cover topics ranging from loans to
commercial analysis. Go to the https://bancpaceducation.webex.com
link to access the list of available web-based courses. On
the right are tabs that list classes scheduled for the current
date as well as future dates. Click on the name of the course
to view its description. When ready to enroll, click on the
“register” button at the right for step by step
instructions. Private online courses, customized to address
a bank’s particular area(s) of concern, are also available.

Onsite Customized Education
Onsite customized classes are offered for both new and existing
customers. These classes can cover topics ranging from loans
to commercial analysis. The fee for onsite education is $1250
per day plus expenses. Contact the BancPac™ Education Department

Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 business day cancellation policy for all classroom/onsite education. There is a 3 business day
cancellation policy for all Virtual Learning Center (on-line) education. Please follow the cancellation policy to
avoid being charged the standard class fee.
